Aluminum foil coiler is the key technical equipment in the "high-precision finishing" equipment of the aluminum foil processing industry. In the global development of "refining" equipment, it can be described as high-end high-precision modern equipment. The aluminum plate is rolled by a cold rolling mill, an aluminum foil preliminary rolling mill, and an aluminum foil finishing rolling mill to form a double-layer 0.03-0.005mm aluminum foil, which is then cut and rolled into the aluminum foil roll required by the customer through the aluminum foil slitter.

The first domestic set of 2300mm width aluminum foil coiling machine, which was researched and developed by our Zhenjiang Hongye Technology Co., Ltd., has been successfully put into production in Jiangsu Dingsheng New Energy Materials Co., Ltd. The 2300mm aluminum foil rolling mill provided by our company for the Dingsheng Group The rolled wide-width double-zero aluminum foil products successfully opened up the downstream key production processes.

2. Material thickness: 2X (0.005 ~ 0.03) mm

4. Finished product diameter: Φ800mm (maximum)


5. Maximum speed: 800m / min


At present, the equipment has been put into normal production and can stably produce double zero aluminum foil with a thickness as thin as 0.0053mm, which can fully meet the needs of customers at home and abroad.
